Shannon reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason. There is a 100% cancellation fee for any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. This is non negotiable and no exceptions will be made. If you make an appointment you are abiding by this policy. If you are under 18 years of age, you MUST be accompanied by an adult. Shannon is not able to preform services with unattended children present as it can pose a safety issue. Per the facilities policy, children also cannot be left unattended in the lobby. Please call in advance if you have issues with childcare. We will happily reschedule you. Please note: Deposits for services are non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit towards any of Shannon's services, so if you change your mind, you have a lot of options
